The paper deals with the main aspects of technique for weight optimization design parameters sandwich shell-type composite structures a honeycomb filler. This was implemented in framework comprehensive approach proposed earlier integrated designing assembly units equipment class considered. Multi-parameter problem solved. process divided into several stages accordance reasonable levels significance included objective function, i.e., minimum weight. results allow us to achieve deep level simultaneous reinforcement pattern and structure load-bearing skins, height filler, geometric its cell, as well additional structural frame regular zone local zones almost all spectrum external actions. At same time, capacity provided critical areas taking account deterioration physicomechanical characteristics materials employed due thermal effect fulfilment functional technological constraints. Using an example interstage compartment launch rocket, implementation synthesis rational technology shown.
